AMAZING!!! Yes yes yes!!! They gave us egg rolls on the house! The food is amazing! Service was ABOVE and BEYOND. Please consider Jinme as you next go to sushi place!!! 10/10

Give this place a try! Everything we have had there so far has been amazing. Not just a Ramen place but the Ramen is soooo good too. Busy on weekend nights!

Food is always satisfying. Not necessarily above average, but always fresh and yummy...standard as far as sushi goes. I haven't tried the Korean food, so this review is a bit limited. The service is always very sweet and on point. They give little extra treats on the house... I'd love to think I'm special but they probably do this for everyone.

Came into town for a convention and stayed for lunch, had the chefs choice nigiri combo and the fish was very fresh and delicious! It came with the miso soup which was hot and good as well. Overall the wait was only 10-15 mins after we ordered and we sat outside optional seating. Would definitely come again!

This area used to be my neck of the woods and I never got a chance to try Jinme Ramen & Sushi until recently. Not only is this a great date spot, it's a great 'just because' you want amazing food spot! JRSB is easily spotted from the road during the day and at night, it has outdoor seating with patio lighting. Since it was a hot day, we sat inside. We picked window seating and received our drinks right away. I have heard the ramen at this spot is delicious, so that was at the top of our list and we were going all out. As we put in our order, the owner sent our table a complimentary veggie spring roll appetizer with a side sauce. So delicious thank you chef! We ordered the Bulgoli fries for our appetizer. They were piping hot worry with a sweet Sriracha and a sweet mayo drizzled on top, bulgoli (marinated chopped ribeye) and finished with jalapenos. They were good, but the meat was chopped so small, the bits of steak on top weren't as enjoyable. Maybe overcooked and the fries got cold quick. As we nibbled on both, we watched the dining room fill up and the owners hard at work behind the sushi counter. We received our spicy ramen bowls (there are three levels of spice, I got the meduim, level 2, and he got hot, level 3). All ramen bowls come with a pork broth. I ordered mine with pork belly and he ordered his with steak. They looked mouth watering irresistible. Along with our ramen, we received The Reggae sushi roll and The JLO sushi roll. Both topped with salmon and masago, filed with deep fried shrimp. The biggest difference in our rolls is that The Reggae has cream cheese and cucumber and The JLO has imitation crab... but first things first... we sipped our broth. It was delicious. He let me try his and that was pretty spicy, but I loved mine. I feel like with the medium, I can taste the spice and taste the gorgeous flavor of the broth. The Pork Belly and Steak Ramen looked beautiful. Our Ramen bowls have kimchi, bean sprouts, spinach, cilantro, and fresh green ramen noodles. Every bite was intoxicating, I wanted more! I thought the pork belly was so delicious! It was juicy and cooked perfectly! After going around the table between sushi, ramen, spring rolls, fries... we did hit a breaking point. Plus, how amazing would it be to sit at home and finish this together? Not wasting another minute, we got everything boxed up, he paid, and on our way out, we also tipped the owners/sushi chefs personally. They have a clear fish jar on the sushi bar, SO DON'T FORGET TO SHOW SOME LOVE! Jinme Ramen & Sushi Bar is a restaurant I must come back to. Not only am I craving their delicious food, but the atmosphere was perfect. It is set up with tables & chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy your time with someone, or even order takeout and enjoy it at home. THANK YOU for a wonderful delicious experience. We will see you again soon!

Great place to grab sushi or ramen... even a bento box! I've been to Jinme several times and almost always get sushi. Their fish is very fresh and decently priced for the quality that you get. Don't expect any 50% off rolls here! That being said, they also have ramen in their name, so I figured I'd give it a try. Glad I did! I met a friend for dinner and she brought her dog (he goes with her everywhere). They have outdoor seating, so it is the spot to be if you have a dog with you. The outdoor seating area was covered and is well lit for dining at night like we were. The staff were very accommodating and even brought a bowl of water for her dog! Our server was very outgoing and bubbly. Great qualities to have. Now the food- we started with the garlic edamame, which was cooked and coated in garlic. It was a perfect amount of garlic... not overpowering, but a perfect amount. Wasn't sure that was even possible! We ate the whole bowl because it was so delicious, which is rare because we always seem to have leftover edamame. Not this time! I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, which comes with braised pork belly, egg, tempura shrimp, spinach, bamboo shoots, wood ear, bean sprouts, and green onions in a house pork broth. So flavorful! The bamboo shoots were some of the best I've had. The ramen noodles were green, which was unexpected, but had great flavor... they must have been spinach based. The tempura shrimp was still crispy even though it was in the broth. Overall, the ramen was great and a perfect portion. Not a HUGE bowl, yet enough to fill me up. My friend got the Beef Teriyaki bowl. What you'd think is your basic bowl- teriyaki beef over vegetables and rice. But, oh my gosh, the beef was so tender! Almost like Bulgogi tender. I was actually jealous of her meal. I'll probably get that next time. Also a perfect serving size. Overall, a great place to grab some sushi, Korean, Japanese, or ramen. I've never had anything I didn't enjoy. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are good.

Stopped in for lunch on Thursday. No waiting, service was great. We sat outside where the temperature was perfect. We ordered Kalbi and Bulgogi beef. Everything was served hot and delicious. Enjoyed the flavors of both dishes.

I got lunch here , while on business, and the staff was very helpful to get me in and out in a timely manner. The roll was yummy , would order and again ( added real crab) . Cute little place , would come back Again , if in area !

We were seated right away. Nice clean restaurant. Mostly chair seating. Bright large windows. Wait staff friendly and attentive . To start we ordered the edamame with salt. They were good but I did wish they were served warm as opposed to very cold. I think I would have enjoyed it a bit more. We ordered the Grass Valley roll to share. This consists of rice, shrimp, crab, albacore, cucumber with a teriyaki glaze and crumbs. I've got to say I was shocked how much I liked it. I thought how could Auburn have good sushi? Wow was I wrong. It tasted fresh and delicious. The soft bite along with the crispy crumbs gave a pleasant mouth feel. Loved the teriyaki glaze that added a nice sweetness to it too. For dinner I ordered the salmon teriyaki bento box with rice and sesame topping and small cucumber salad and tempura veggies. The salmon teriyaki was cooked just right and the tempura veggies tasted interesting in a good way. The batter reminded me of and tasted similar to onion rings. Would definitely get again when I'm headed up to Northern California. Great food and service
